纽约 Hospital 5K Road Race 2023

Lace up your sneakers 和 join us on Saturday, June 3, 2023, at 8:30 a.m.，为… 纽约 Hospital 5K Walk & Run for Everyone. This professionally timed, family-friendly race features a scenic, 3.1–mile course through 纽约, starting 和 finishing on the hospital campus, 和 includes local l和marks such as the Wiggly Bridge 和 Steedman Woods. A virtual race option is available for those who prefer to participate independently. Proceeds will benefit the Cardiac 护理 Fund at 纽约 Hospital. Sign up today at 纽约 Hospital 5K (runsignup.com).

All registrants will receive a pair of 纽约 Hospital 5K road race socks, while special prizes will be presented to the top male 和 female winners in each division. Healthy snacks 和 refreshments—fruit, granola bars 和 water—will be provided to all.

Bib Pick Up
For those who pre-register, bib pick up will be held Friday, June 2, from 3–6 p.m. 和 Saturday, June 3, from 7–8:15 a.m. in the Henry Warner Conference Room, lower level of the Henry Warner Building on the hospital campus.

Directions & 停车
There will be very limited parking on the hospital campus. Please use our parking lot on Woodbridge Road (site of the old Fazio’s Restaurant). It is a very short walk over to the hospital campus.

From I-95 take the 纽约 Exit #7. Bear right at the lights onto Route 1 South. At next set of lights, take a left onto 纽约 St./Route 1-A. Travel 1 mile to the monument in center of 纽约 Village. Take a left here onto Long S和s Road. Go .2 mile 和 take a right onto Woodbridge Road. 停车 lot is .2 mile on left.
